Grey Ombre : Style Diary

Good Afternoon!

Just wanted to say something before I started todays OOTD style post. I am really enjoying doing daily posts on my blog. I have wanted to find a way to incorporate fashion and style into this blog more and think this is a good way to do it. Let me know what you think!

My grey obsession has yet again continued with this gorgeous Topshop ombre designed jumper. I love how soft this jumper is and love how it looks paired with my Topshop Jamie jeans.

I tried to make a little bit of an effort today with my hair so did a side waterfall braid to get it out of my eyes. It kinda worked, kinda failed but I liked it!

I know that my recent posts have included lots of clothing from Topshop, but I am really loving styling the clothes I got from the Personal Shopping experience which you can read about HERE

Thanks for reading and hope you have a lovely rest of your day!
Lots of love,

Casual Chic : Style Diary

It appears to have snowed everywhere else in the UK except for good old Essex! I woke up expecting to build a snowman and was left rather disappointed!

Today was another day of finishing off university work before starting again this week.
I went for another super casual outfit in my Topshop Jamie ripped jeans and Topshop ribbed navy jumper. I wore my bomber jacket for a little bit around the house to keep me warm!

On my feet I have been wearing my cute little rabbit slippers!

Today I tried out the Dark Angels face mask by Lush and love how it made my skin feel! Expect a review on that coming really soon!

Have a lovely rest of your day!
Lots of love,

Portugal OOTD 11!

We spent today at the Oceanarium in Lisbon. We had heard amazing things about it being one of the best aquariums in Europe. It was great, I wouldn't say it was the best, but it was still amazing. We had planned to be out for most of the day so I made sure to wear something comfy that would last all day. I wore a Hollister white vest top with my Matalan denim shorts. I was wearing my classic black Ray-Ban wayfarers. My necklace is from Topshop and my shoes are from New Look. Finally I am wearing my two anklets from a small fair in Estoril. My bag is my newest addition to my collection. I got it from a shop called Parfois. (I am going to do a whole new post on this soon!)

I thought I would add some pictures of the cute penguins that we meet at the aquarium! We waited around for them to be fed and I fell in love with them. Seeing as I had my SLR camera on me I knew I would be able to get some great pictures.

I hope you liked this post! Let me know what you think!

Portugal OOTD 3!

Today was a bit of a different kind of day. We had planned yesterday that we were going to be going into Lisbon around 4 to do a little bit of exploring. This unfortunately didn't happen! My dad woke up with a really bad migraine so he was in bed for pretty much the whole day. Regardless of this situation I took the opportunity to have some more pool/lounging action. I totally see why people would want to live in a place like this! In the morning my mum and I went for a little explore of the near by town. I wanted to take some photographs and she wanted to get some bits for lunch. We came across this old wall which meant I of course had to use this as an 'Insta' op!

We took a cab into the nearest town Cascais to have some pizza and fun! It was such a windy evening that I was able to wear my trench coat! Anybody that knows me knows how much I love this jacket! I feel like it is the most perfect thing for this weather. It's super thin so is perfect for this type of weather. I went a little bit different with my hair and makeup. Because I had been in the pool all day and knew that I wanted to keep it out of my face I decided to do this dutch braid. Its so easy to do but looks like it took a lot of time and effort! It didn't.. haha! My shirt is from Zara. I bought this in Tenerife last year and it has a really flattering overlapped back. My crotchet shorts are from Topshop and I also got them last year. I have seen them in there this season though! I really recommend getting them! You can wear them with anything and everything! My sunnies are my classic black wayfarers from Ray-Ban. Finally my trench coat is from Topshop.

This pale blue bag is my favourite one to use at the moment. It is actually super cool! It can be used 3 ways. As a backpack, A handbag with one strap, or with two. It has a lot of space inside as well so is perfect for city trips. As like the rest of this week I wore my New Look sandals!

The restaurant we ate at was themed to feel like you were sitting in somebody's house. I had the most amazing Carbonara. When I say amazing I MEAN amazing! I think we are planning to go back there at some point next week!

I hope you are enjoying my little OOTD's lately! I have really been enjoying taking and sharing them with you all! The feedback I have received has been awesome! Hope you all have a lovely day!

Lots of Love,

Disney Haul!

I don't think there is any other parcel that is better to receive than one with Mickey and Minnie on the side. On the first Tuesday in July I ordered a couple of bits from their online site and they came Monday morning. Which for standard delivery I think is really great! At the moment Disneystore.co.uk are having a little sale on so I was suckered into a couple of bits that I knew I deffo 'needed' to have in my life. I had also had my eye on a couple of items for a little while so thought it was about time I committed! Anyways, onto the haul!!

Now if your not familiar with these little soft toys, then let me introduce you to Tsum Tsums. They are little stackable, collectible disney character themed toys which have pretty much taken the world by storm, well the Disney world anyway! They release a new collection of Limited Edition Tsum Tsums on the first Tuesday of every month. July's release was the 'Lilo and Stitch' collection. July also happens to be the month of my brother's birthday so I knew that I wanted to get him a couple of the bits from the collection. So I picked up Lilo, Scrump and Stitch for him. These are the small ones so are £3.00 each. I think this is totally affordable and are such a great price when they could totally be a lot more coming from Disney! I then picked up Dumbo and Elsa for gifts for myself and my mum. My mum is elephant obsessed so I know she is going to LOVE Dumbo!

When checking out I noticed that there was a deal on the DVDS. I am trying to build up my Disney movie's collections as I had a lot of the classics on Video which I can now no longer watch! I picked up Finding Nemo, A Bug's Life, Toy Story 2, Toy Story and The Incredibles. All of these films are much loved by me and I am so excited to finally be able to watch them again whenever I want! The prices varied from £3.99- £5.99.

I hope you enjoyed my little Disney haul! I am so excited to going to Disneyland Paris in October that I am constantly on the Disney Store website browsing for things that I certainly do not need, but know I am going to have! I have got my eyes on a pair of Minnie mouse ears for my trip which I will certainly be purchasing in the near future!

Thanks for reading!
Love,
