My new baby!

I have always been the type of person to go away on holiday and buy small tiny souvenirs that I will forget about a week after returning home. Going away to Portugal this year I knew that I wanted to not waste my money and to only buy things that I really loved. Every time we walked to the nearest town that had a Zara and H&M I wanted to go in and browse. I was told by most of my family members that I could only shop somewhere that we didn't have at home, fair point I guess! There was this little shop called Parfois that was all over Portugal. On the first night I spotted this bag and fell in love with it in Grey. Just before we left to come home I went in again just as the ladies were about to close for the night and were putting out new stock! This is their new colour for the next season and I am so glad that I waited before purchasing it! There isn't a Parfois in the UK but I believe you can buy it online. The only issue with their online store is that the Euro/GBP is the same! So it is more expensive to buy online than it would be to buy it in Europe!

The bag is perfect for this season. It has a Snake print leather design which makes it feel and look more expensive than it actually is! I decided to go with the Burgundy colour as I wanted to use it throughout the winter, and I wanted a colour other than Black!

The bag comes with so many different pockets that it made it perfect for travelling! I know that this bag will also be perfect to use as a handbag on days that I am out for trips at uni. It has two larger pockets with zips on either side of the bag. There is then 3 sections inside. A central zipped section and then two open ones either side of that. For extra security the bag has a protective magnet close which closes off the sections and also keeps the bag together. There is a extra purse on the outside of the bag which I think is supposed to be used to keep loose coins in. I have been using it for storing chewing gum! This can go in or out of the bag or could be removed altogether! The bag also comes with a longer strap which turns the handbag into a cross body bag.

Here are a couple of images that you might have seen on my blog in the past couple of weeks. I thought I would include them here as well so you can get an idea of the size!

I hope you enjoyed this post! Sorry it has taken me a little bit of time between uploading. I didn't realise that as soon as I would get home from holiday I was going straight to work with my dad! haha!

Let me know what type of posts you would like to see in the future! I am so excited to be buying a new gadget that will help with the quality of this blog!

Lots of love,

Sephora Haul!

Yes you read that right. SEPHORA haul. On my recent travels to Portugal on holidays we found a sephora in a local shopping mall. Being from the UK whenever a Sephora comes into sight we of course have to enter one. I was really surprised at how expensive some of the bits were and thought I was going to leave without purchasing anything, until I saw the aisle of doom. Oh it was mini heaven! I tried to take some pictures inside the store but was told off! I didn't buy a lot of products but deffo a couple of bits that I loved as soon as I saw them! Let me know in the comments if you have tried any of the bits I picked up!

Sephora Mini palette- Natural & Intense

If I am being completely honest I didn't know what to expect from this at all. It was one of those things that I wanted because it had 'Sephora' written on it. As I have opened and started to use it I am glad that I bought it. The palette comes with 4 eyeshadows, 1 blush and 2 lip glosses. The idea behind the palette is that you can create two completely different looks. A natural and an intense look. This is going to be perfect for my trip to Disneyland Paris in a couple of months as we are travelling by plane so need to travel light!

Sephora Shourouk nail varnish

This nail varnish is part of the Shourouk for Sephora collaboration. Prior to buying this I had no idea what this was. I simply purchased this as I spotted it at the till as I was checking out and loved the colour.  It is a gold/bronze colour with small specks of glitter. I am yet to try it out but just know that this is going to be the perfect topcoat for a accent nail.

MASCARA

This is the only product that I knew before entering Sephora I wanted to try. I have read some mixed reviews on blogger and watched some tutorials using this on youtube. This is a small size and I am going to be saving it for Disney. The reviews I have read all seem to suggest that this mascara is truly lengthening. I guess I will see what I think when I try it out! Expect a blog post soon!

Invisibobble- The traceless hair ring

I know what your thinking, 'that is the weirdest looking hairband I have ever seen', trust me I thought the same thing when I first saw it. I was really interested in how it works! On the back of the box it says that the bobble leaves no trace in your hair, doesn't pull and doesn't move! All of these things are definitely something that I am interested in! I am always on the look out for hairbands that don't give me a headache. My hair is relatively thick and I certainly have a lot of it. I agree with all of these claims! The ring doesn't move, even after a full days work (and I really don't sit still either!). The only downside, if you can count this as a downside, is the fact that it is really hard to take this bobble out. But every plus must have a minus right?

FREEBIES

The cute little man who was serving me gave me these Biotherm samples to try out. He motioned to me that they were for using under the eyes. I can't wait to try them!

I hope you liked this little Sephora haul! I am so glad that I was able to fit the visit into my last trip. I was afraid that we would run out of time! Let me know what you have been buying from Sephora recently, or write your link of your hauls in the comments below!

Have a lovely week!
Lots of love,
