Kate Spade 2016 Planner!

Good afternoon!
This blogpost is probably a little bit late, and I should have done this at the beginning of January, but I was really excited to share the beauty that is the Kate Spade 2016 planner. I have always been one of those people who likes to plan everything to every tiny detail. My school planner/homework diary would always be full to the brim of everything clearly labelled out with stickers and highlighters, and I would make sure that things were written down neatly in my very best handwriting! Since leaving school I have always had small diary's but in an attempt to try to plan my life a little bit better I asked for this Kate Spade 2016 agenda for Christmas. I have been speaking to a few people recently about my anxiety and a couple of the tips were to write down things in your diary that you will look at for the week ahead for something to keep your mind on when feeling a little bit down. This has certainly worked for me and is something I really recommend.

So, the front of the diary is cream in colour and has a golden polkadot print all over. It has an elastic fastening which keeps everything nice and secure inside. I don't take this diary out with me, but I can imagine that this is helpful when chucking it into a bag too as the pages won't open so freely and look battered!

As soon as you open the planner you have a little envelope section which is perfect for keeping important pieces of information or notes. This is where I normally keep my pen tucked into so I always have one with me. I currently have a business card from my Topshop personal shopping experience, a letter from my parents at Christmas and a Costco cake form that I am looking at for my 21st birthday! This space is really big and there is also another one of these sections on the next page.  Can we just talk about the gorgeous baby pink and gold colours? Oh my, they are utterly gorgeous!

A nice little feature that the agenda has is that it actually starts from July 2015. So if you are one of those people who like to plan way way in advance then this diary will be for you! If only I knew about this! With that being said the 2016 section does run all the way through till January 2017!

Each month in the agenda is separated with another double page of polka dots. I love that this is a continuing feature throughout the diary. I do love me a polka dot!

At the start of each month there is also an overview of the whole month. So you are able to write down any important information that you might need, as well as smaller less important information. I find that this section is quite good to look at when wanting to remember birthdays in particular as I can go ahead and make lots of cards in advance.

Finally the main weekly section of the diary is absolutely gorgeous as well. There is plenty of space to write down lots of information and the lines are really nicely spaced out. The pages itself are smooth so it's very nice to write on. One thing that I think I will find annoying as the months go on is that if the month before finishes on say a Monday, then that day will be on the next months page. A little bit annoying, but a very minimal feature that I will certainly deal with!

I hope you enjoyed this post!
I know it is a little bit different to what I normally post about!
If you would like another review like this let me know in the comments. I have a weakness for stationary!

Have a lovely rest of your day!

Mustard top : Style Diary

Today marks a month till my 21st Birthday! Ahh!
Another day another skinny ripped jean OOTD. I am sorry ok! But I just love these jeans so much! They are super comfortable. Anyway today was another day spent exchanging and swapping clothes in Topshop. I bought a couple of bits when I went for the personal shopper experience that I needed to return as sadly they were broken, but what an excuse to shop!

My outfit today is yet again all topshop!
I wore my ripped Jamie Jeans with this mustard yellow alpha t-shirt. I can't explain how soft this top is! I also love how it looks paired with the dark wash jeans. On my feet I wore my classic brown Doc Martens that I wear almost every single day!

I attempted to curl my hair today as well, which for once actually stayed in! I usually have issues with it as the curls never seem to hold due to my length.

My dad and I also popped into Costco for a wander and got drawn into the food aisle where I found this amazing looking chocolate cake! I 100% want this for my birthday! Look at all of those amazing chocolate layers! I want to eat it! We also found this funny art of tidying book. It's ironic because I hate to tidy!

My mum cooked this amazing cake which we ate in honour of my grandma's birthday! Yay!
Have a lovely rest of your day!

Camo Pants : Style Diary

I love the feeling of searching in your wardrobe and finding something that you forgot you owned! This is what happened with these trousers! I bought them a couple of years ago but to be honest never really wore them. I never felt comfortable styling them up but I have found a new love for them!

They are from Next and I believe they still do other styles of these on their website! My jumper is a simple cropped white sweatshirt from Hollister. I got given it for christmas and love how soft it is!

(Oh and how could I forget about my super cute Next slippers!)

Hope you have a lovely rest of your week!
Lots of love,

Outfit Repeater : Style Diary

'I may be an outfit repeater but your an outfit rememberer which is just as bad!'- Please tell me someone knows where that quote is from! (Lizzie McQuire feels!!!)
Anyway, hope you are all well! Today was the first day back at uni after the Christmas break and man was it hard to wake up that early again! I had a day full of lectures and I knew that I needed to wrap up warm and wear something super comfy.

That's where this outfit comes into play.
Three of my current favourite items of clothing out of my wardrobe. My grey ripped Jamie Jeans from Topshop. My plaid shirt from Topshop and then my cropped navy sweater also from Topshop. (I swear this OOTD isn't sponsored! I just really love their stuff at the moment!)

On my feet I wore my classic Doc Marten boots. I also wore my super cosy Zara coat which is another favourite of mine. I tried to curl my hair a little bit today as well, but when I got to uni they had all dropped out which proves how annoying having long hair sometimes is! Ahh!

Anyway, have a lovely rest of your day!
Lots of love,

Misfit Monday : Style Diary

Good afternoon!
Today was my last lay in day before going back to uni tomorrow. Ahh I will miss my lay ins! Saturday seems so long away!

I went for a super casual outfit again today with my trusty ripped Jamie Jeans paired with my Zoe Karssen Misfit sweatshirt. I love this jumper. It was one of the bargains that I picked up in September at London Fashion Weekend. I love that it can be worn in both summer and winter! Although I am surprised that it has stayed white for so long!

I changed into my Doc Marten boots when I went out incase you thought I wore my slippers outside!

I came across this post on Pinterest and it made me laugh!
Mondays are the only days that you can wear the same outfit two days in a row, unless you do daily OOTD's!

Have a lovely rest of your day!

Flower power : Style Diary

 Hello!
Do you ever have those days when you know that your not doing anything but still decide to wear those fancy pants anyway? That's what I did today.

I am wearing another pair of my favourite topshop jeans. These are the daisy print jeans that I love this time of year, although my dad likes to say that they resemble pyjama bottoms!
I wore them with my gypsy style top from Primark.

On my feet I wore my favourite Next bunny rabbit slippers.

I also decided that I wanted to curl my hair as I didn't have anything better to do!
I always feel better with curls in my hair!

Have a lovely rest of your day!
Lots of love,

Girl in grey: Style Diary

I can't get over how cold it has been recently! The weather has seemed to have taken a bitter turn and I am so excited over the snow rumours! (Fingers crossed this happens please!)

I have been loving the colour grey recently, and since buying these Topshop ripped Jamie jeans I have been loving it even more! I paired my jeans with my daisy duck Primark jumper. I bought this for Disneyland and thought I would only get a couple of wears out of it, I wear it with everything! Its so comfortable!

On my feet I am wearing my new Topshop chelsea boots

On another note, have you guys seen the new MAC lipsticks? I saw this post on Lily Pebbles instagram and can't wait to see them in person for myself! The colours look gorgeous! I have my eye on that dark one!

Lots of love,
